Terms of use
Effective November 7, 2026
RushLuck is an independent directory and personal entry keeper operated by ACCUFY LLC.
What RushLuck provides
RushLuck provides information, links and tools for recording your own activity. It does not sell lottery tickets, submit third-party entries for you, select winners or pay prizes. Saving a listing or logging a record is not an entry with an operator.
The current public release does not process a membership purchase or require a RushLuck account. Any future purchase will have its price and access terms presented separately before payment.
Independent operators and eligibility
Third-party sites set their own rules, eligibility requirements, entry limits, deadlines and conditions. Read their current official information and confirm that you are eligible before taking part. You are responsible for completing the required steps directly with the relevant operator.
A listing or link does not imply an endorsement by or partnership with its operator. Availability and details may change after a source is reviewed. RushLuck does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance of an entry or any outcome.
Your entry records
Tracker information and activity reports are self-reported. They are not confirmation that an operator received an entry, selected a winner or paid a prize. Keep your records accurate and retain any official confirmations you need.
Current public-tool records are saved in the browser you use. They are not automatically backed up or synchronized across devices. Use the available export option to keep your own copy.
Using the service
Use RushLuck lawfully and respect the terms of third-party sites. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent another person's identity or use it to evade an operator's entry restrictions.
Service and information changes
Features and directory information may be updated as the service develops. These terms will be updated when the described service changes. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
